Job summary

Canon Business Process Services in Seattle is seeking a Field Support Representative to join a temporary in-house talent pool. You will travel up to 75% across the region, performing mail, copying, reception, and other admin tasks, with heavy emphasis on customer service and reliability.

The role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and readiness to learn new office technology. Travel expenses are reimbursed and the position is full-time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and professional attitude essential.
• Capable of basic office tasks and learning new equipment features.

Responsibilities

• Provide total customer satisfaction for internal and external clients.
• Receive, sort, and deliver mail and packages; manage outgoing mail per postal rules.
• Organize supplies, copies, faxing, and general administrative duties; logging and reporting as needed.
• Assist with setup of conference rooms and reception tasks; support site manager as needed.
