Job summary

Canon Business Process Services is seeking a Field Support Representative (FSR) to join a temporary in-house talent pool, covering a home location with travel to client sites across the region. The role involves multi-discipline support including mail, reception, and office services, with heavy travel up to 75% and reimbursements for travel expenses.

Responsibilities focus on customer service, mail handling, supplies, and admin duties while ensuring timely, accurate processing and reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–3 years' experience in a mailroom or professional office.
• Capable of performing basic job functions under general direction.
• Basic knowledge of metering, weighting, logging and other shipping procedures.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Able to operate fax, scanner, metering, stamping, and photocopying with general direction.
• Excellent customer service, professional appearance and attitude.
• Able to work overtime and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure total customer (internal & external) satisfaction through understanding of expectations and proactive resolution.
• Receive, sort, and deliver all incoming mail and packages on time; dispatch outgoing mail/packages.
• Prepare outgoing inter-office pouches and process overnight shipments (FedEx, UPS).
• Log all outgoing and incoming items and verify accuracy.
• Operate and maintain office equipment such as copiers, fax machines, and scanners.
• Set up and maintain client kitchens and conference rooms; provide reception support as needed.
• Prepare productivity reports and assist with billing charges.
