Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Field Services Manager to lead regional field operations, strengthen customer relationships, and optimize service delivery across the West Coast. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership of technicians, supervisors, and project teams.

You will manage staffing, training, budgets, and metrics, while driving initiatives to improve operational efficiency, quality, and reliability.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Service Delivery & Operations.
• Excellent written, verbal and customer service communication skills.
• Expert level of skills with a wide range of audio, video and networking equipment.
• Readiness to demonstrate proactive attitude and leadership in large-scale environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead Field Service Supervisors and Technicians as a people leader.
• Oversee regional staffing priorities and allocate cross-team resources.
• Train staff on service processes, platforms, and policies through Regional Supervisors.
• Drive coaching, development, and performance feedback for staff.
• Partner with Technical Operations, Engineering, and Client Success teams to optimize service delivery.
• Ensure high-quality field service delivery and adherence to SLAs and budgets.
