Job summary

Diversified is seeking a seasoned Field Services Manager to lead regional field service operations, maintain strong customer relationships, and guide staffing, performance, and budgets. This role blends strategic initiatives with hands-on leadership across AV and technical teams.

The position supports hybrid work with up to 25% travel to NYC/NJ/New England sites, requiring proximity to or relocation to the region. Strong project management and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a concentration in people management, technical, administrative or logistics
AVIXA CTS Certification is desired
OSHA 30 Certificate is highly desired. (NYC OSHA30 is desired in the relevant region)
Certifications pertinent to technology area(s) of expertise (preferred)

Responsibilities

Lead Field Service operations and supervisor teams to deliver on service commitments
Coordinate regional staffing and cross-team resource adjustments
Oversee training, coaching, and performance feedback for technicians and supervisors
Interface with Technical Operations, Engineering and Client Success Management
Drive service delivery improvements, standardization, and cost optimization
Occasionally travel to customer sites for onsite engagement and leadership
