• Excellent customer communication.
• Good to have team management skill.
• Ops lead role for EUC role.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operation based on onsite support services.
• Ticket management, KPI, escalation, IMAC, break fixes, and dispatch support.
• Asset delivery part of DaaS service across hub, spoke, and dispatch sites.
• Vendor management.
