Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services seeks a proactive on-site support lead to manage daily field service operations across manufacturing sites. You will handle tickets, dispatch, asset delivery, and vendor coordination, ensuring adherence to SLAs and KPI targets.

The role requires ITIL knowledge, strong customer communication, team leadership, and hands-on support for network, servers, OT security, and meeting room services.

Qualifications

• Field service and on-site support experience in manufacturing environments.
• ITIL, SLA, incident management, and escalation handling.
• Experience with IMAC, asset and stock management, audits.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day on-site operations, ticket handling, KPIs and escalations.
• Coordinate IMAC, break fixes, dispatch and asset delivery across sites.
• Vendor management, meeting room support, and OT/factory PCS support.
• Lead and mentor team; respond to customer requests with priority.
