Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services Limited in Center Square, PA, is seeking a field service operations professional to manage onsite support services, ticket handling, KPI tracking, escalations, IMAC, break/fix and dispatch coordination across hub, spoke and dispatch sites.

You will lead a team, coordinate vendor management, provide meeting room and printer support, OT and factory PCS support, and ensure proactive issue resolution with strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service and onsite support operations.
• Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and incident management.
• Ability to manage tickets, KPIs, escalations and IMAC activities.
• Experience with service delivery across hub, spoke and dispatch sites.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day onsite support operations including ticket management, KPI tracking and escalations.
• Oversee IMAC, break/fix, dispatch support and asset delivery for Daas services.
• Coordinate vendor management, meeting room and printer support, OT and factory PCS support.
• Lead and mentor the team, manage customer requests on priority and drive continuous improvement.
