Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a field service operations professional to manage onsite support services across multiple sites in the US. The role emphasizes ticket management, KPI tracking, IMAC activities, break fixes, and dispatch support while coordinating asset delivery and vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer communication skills, ITIL knowledge, and the ability to lead a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Computer Science.
• Experience in field service operations and manufacturing domain is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day onsite support operations, ticket handling, KPIs, escalation, IMAC, break fixes, dispatch support, asset delivery across hubs, spoke and dispatch sites, vendor management, meeting room support, customer connectivity, printer and OT support, factory PCS support, and lead the team to handle priority requests.
• Govern operations with confidence, manage escalations regionally, proactively identify issues with customers and resolve them, mentor the team where possible, drive continuous improvement.
