Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an onsite IT operations professional to manage day-to-day support services, handle incident management, IMAC activities, and dispatch for DAS services across hubs. The role emphasizes strong customer communication and governance across regional operations.

Ideal candidates will have ITIL knowledge, KPI experience, and the ability to lead a team or coordinate vendor and regional escalations while ensuring timely resolution of issues and service continuity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience in IT operations and service management is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day onsite support operations.
• Handle ticketing and KPI responsibilities.
• Perform IMAC and break-fix activities.
• Provide dispatch and asset delivery support across hubs.
• Manage vendor relations and regional escalations.
• Support meeting rooms and printer services.
• Lead team if required and prioritize customer requests.
