Job summary

Nederman MikroPul is seeking a Regional Field Service Manager to drive the sale of MikroPul and Pneumafil Parts, Services, and Retrofits across the Great Plains and Mountain West regions, including TX, OK, KS, and CO.

The role combines technical field support with strategic account management, requires 5+ years of outside sales experience in air treatment equipment, and frequent travel to customer sites, with CRM engagement and proposals tailored to customer needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred.
• 5+ years outside sales experience.
• Sales experience of air pollution control equipment or related systems.
• Strong hunter mentality to develop new business and grow share of wallet.
• Mechanical background or ability to interface with clients and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell MikroPul & Pneumafil Parts, Services, and Retrofits.
• Manage end-to-end assessment/service/inspection processes and quoting.
• Lead generation and CRM-based opportunity management.
• Conduct site visits, gather measurements, and develop solution-based quotes.
• Travel within territory ~50% to engage customers.
