Job summary

Power Technique North America LLC seeks a Regional Sales Manager to accelerate profitable growth for the West NA market in mining, oil & gas, and industrial segments. You will lead sales of large air and nitrogen equipment, manage strategic accounts, and work with regional teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

You will develop plans, pursue major opportunities, and build executive-level relationships while aligning with marketing and product management to meet revenue and margin targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years of successful industrial sales experience.
• Experience selling compressed air, gas generation, industrial equipment, or technical products in relevant sectors such as mining, oil & gas, petrochemical, manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive revenue, profitability, and market-share growth across the West Region.
• Identify and pursue opportunities within mining, oil & gas, petrochemical, pipeline, refining, manufacturing, power generation and contractor markets.
• Promote and grow sales of portable air compressors, high-pressure compressors, nitrogen generators, air treatment equipment, and portable electric compressor solutions.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive customer engagement, prospecting, and opportunity management.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and contracts with strategic customers, EPC firms, and key stakeholders.
• Develop value-based solutions that improve productivity, uptime, and total cost of ownership for customers.
