Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• 5+ years of technical sales experience, ideally in industrial equipment, compressed air, or related sectors.
• 5+ years of experience with air treatment solutions (dryers, filtration, condensate management).
• 5+ years of distributor/channel management experience.
• 1+ years of experience with CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional sales growth and achieve annual targets for the Midwest territory.
• Develop regional sales plans, forecast, manage pipeline, and track opportunities.
• Manage and support authorized distributors throughout the Midwest.
• Build relationships with end users, OEMs, contractors, and industry stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and CRM entries; develop strategic accounts.
