You will lead client outreach, present technical and commercial proposals, and collaborate with engineering teams to close high-value orders. The role requires a technical background, a proactive sales mindset, and the ability to manage complex projects from lead to order intake across NA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5–10 years of sales experience in engineered industrial equipment.
• Proven hunter mentality to develop new business and expand existing accounts.
• Strong presentation capabilities and ability to read/provide responses to RFPs and engineering drawings.
• Proficiency with MS Office and standard sales tools.

Responsabilités

• Proactively call on existing and potential clients to maintain and expand order intake volume.
• Lead generation and opportunity development—cold call to grow the client base.
• Evaluate prospects using a solutions sales approach and present technical/commercial proposals.
• Collaborate with Applications, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations to develop proposals and win orders.
• Negotiate price/terms and ensure smooth turnover of orders to Operations/Engineering.
