Job summary

Interstate Power Systems is seeking a Field Service Operations Supervisor to lead regional service operations in the East Region, overseeing PM programs, contracts, and technician scheduling. You will coordinate with customers, service advisors, parts personnel, and branch leadership to ensure efficient workflows and profitability.

The role requires strong supervisory experience, excellent communication, and the ability to travel within the region to support branches and drive service standards

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience supervising field service teams and coordinating service operations is required.
• Experience preparing quotes, contracts, and maintenance programs.
• Strong proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee preventive maintenance programs, contracts, and service agreements.
• Schedule technicians and manage regional field service operations.
• Coordinate with customers, service advisors, parts personnel, and branch leadership.
• Review monthly proposals and identify opportunities to convert to contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, contracts, and communications.
• Ensure adherence to company service standards and safety policies.
