Job summary

Interstate Power Systems is seeking a Field Service Operations Supervisor to oversee PM programs, contract administration, and technician scheduling across the East Region. You will coordinate with customers, service advisors, branch leadership, and other departments to ensure excellent service and profitable operations.

The role requires traveling within the East Region, coaching teams, aligning service standards, and driving operational excellence while building strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience in field service or related industries.
• Experience with service operations and managing customer relationships.
• Experience preparing quotes, contracts, service agreements, or maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of service workflows, repair processes, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and track all Preventive Maintenance (PM) quotations.
• Create and administer service contracts and agreement renewals.
• Prepare and respond to RFQs and coordinate with stakeholders on awarded services.
• Submit completed contracts and documentation to customers.
• Maintain records of quotations, contracts, and communications.
