Job summary

Interstate Power Systems is seeking a Field Service Operations Supervisor for the East Region. This role oversees PM programs, contract administration, and field service operations, traveling as needed to support branches and ensure client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has regional leadership experience, strong knowledge of service workflows, and excellent communication skills to coordinate across multiple branches and departments. Competitive benefits and Pay Range: $55K-$65K annually.

Qualifications

• Must have supervision experience in field service or related industries.
• Experience with quotes, contracts, service agreements, or maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of service workflows, repair processes, scheduling, and resource coordination.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a regional territory.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and track Preventive Maintenance quotations.
• Create and administer service contracts and renewals.
• Prepare and respond to RFQs.
• Coordinate and assist with implementation of awarded services and contracts.
• Submit contracts and documentation to customers in a timely manner.
• Maintain records of quotations, contracts, and customer communications.
• Establish new customer accounts in systems and verify Ship-To/Bill-To data.
