Job summary

Interstate Power Systems is seeking a Field Service Operations Supervisor to oversee PM programs, contracts, and scheduling across the East Region, with occasional travel to branches. You will coordinate service activities, drive profitability, and ensure alignment with company service standards while supporting customer relationships.

The role requires regional oversight across multiple locations, coaching and training, and ensuring consistent service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Supervisory experience in field service or related industries.
• Experience with quotes, contracts, service agreements, or maintenance programs.
• Strong knowledge of service workflows and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, manage, and track Preventive Maintenance quotations.
• Create and administer service contracts and renewals.
• Prepare and respond to RFQs and coordinate implementations.
• Establish new customer accounts and maintain Ship-To/Bill-To data.
• Route contracts for legal review and secure approvals before execution.
• Maintain Master Schedule for monthly PM services and updates.
