Job summary

Socket.dev in High Point, NC is seeking a Regional Service Manager to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites within the region. You will lead service technicians, manage safety and quality, and drive customer satisfaction.

You will partner with regional sales and the national service team, develop the regional service strategy and budget, and monitor P&L while ensuring accurate invoicing and cash flow. Travel to customer sites is required.

Qualifications

• Two years technical school or equivalent experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Leadership experience in a service environment.
• Field service work in a technical area desired.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead service technicians, supervisors, and staff to safety and quality.
• Maintain relationships with regional customers and serve as a trusted contact.
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and service execution to meet standards.
• Develop and manage regional service strategy and budget for growth.
• Monitor and manage regional P&L and approve invoices; support AR collections.
• Collaborate with regional sales, national service team, and other departments and report to leadership.
