Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Regional Installer Recruiting Lead to oversee recruitment, development and management of installers across the region. You will align field teams with company standards and client expectations.

You will directly manage the Quality Assurance Manager and Installation Coordinator, including hiring, training, and performance reviews, and recruit installation resources as needed to meet demand. Travel will be required, with at least 3 days weekly in the field.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience
• Five or more years of related experience working with industrial and commercial projects
• Strong oral and written communication, presentation, organization and planning skills
• Ability to thrive in a self-directed and fast-changing environment with a high degree of flexibility
• Computer literacy with CRM systems (Salesforce, ZoomInfo) and Microsoft 365

Responsibilities

• Responsible for oversight and execution of all elements of regional installer recruiting, development and management.
• Direct management of Quality Assurance Manager and Installation Coordinator, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Responsible for recruitment of installation resources as needed to meet regional installation demands, including orientation and on-boarding.
• Spends at least 3 days per week in the field, working with team members including training/on-boarding and management of installation partners.
