Job summary

LS Solutions is seeking a Regional Field Service Manager to oversee service operations for water heaters, boilers, and water treatment products across a Nashville territory. You will lead a team of field technicians, coordinate service partners, and ensure safe, high-quality installations, maintenance, and warranty repairs.

You will monitor service metrics, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement while supporting product launches with field feedback and training.
