CastleWorks is seeking a Field Sales Manager – Water Heaters to lead a field-based team of technicians who install and sell water heaters. The role emphasizes coaching in the field, ride-alongs, and real-time feedback to improve selling skills and process adherence.

Responsibilities include driving revenue, improving close rates, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences through hands-on leadership and structured coaching in a fast-paced, field-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading field-based technicians and sellers.
• Experience in home services or in-home sales preferred.
• Experience managing or coaching field-based teams.
• Strong sales coaching ability.
• Results-driven and accountable with excellent communication and leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead in-field coaching and ride-alongs to develop selling skills.
• Drive monthly revenue targets and improve close rates and ticket sizes.
• Develop and hold the team accountable to sales process and customer experience standards.
• Ensure opportunities are documented in sales tools and home visits follow standard presentations.
• Champion a customer-first mindset and support technicians in resolving concerns.
