Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies in the United States seeks a Field Area Manager to oversee industrial water treatment systems within a defined region. You will lead a team of Field Service Employees, drive project leadership, and coordinate with commercial leaders to grow services across contracts.

Ideal candidates bring technical leadership, strong scheduling, and a proven track record in safety and quality, with ability to manage budgets and respond to client needs across the territory.

Qualifications

• BS degree in a technical field or equivalent leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervises 10 to 15 employees within a region.
• Collaborates with CAPEX project managers for clear communication.
• Manages small projects including Mobile Water Systems and refurbishments.
• Reviews and edits engineering drawings and P&IDs.
• Understands instrument controls and implements efficiency changes.
• Keeps stakeholders updated on project/contract timelines and budgets.
• Monitors performance, risks, and contract spend.
• Develops budgets and forecasts; analyzes data for contract performance.
• Ensures EHS, quality, and safety for site teams.
