The role emphasizes ride-alongs, real-time coaching, and active leadership to drive a consistent sales process and superior customer experience.

You will coach, develop, and hold the team accountable for revenue targets, conversion rates, and average ticket while modeling a customer-first culture in a fast-paced field

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading field-based technicians and sellers.
• Experience in home services or in-home sales preferred.
• Experience managing or coaching field-based teams.
• Strong sales coaching ability and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead field-based Water Heater technicians in selling and installation.
• Provide real-time coaching during ride-alongs and on sales calls.
• Ensure consistent use of the company’s sales process and tools.
• Drive monthly revenue targets, improve close rate, and increase average ticket.
