Qualifications

• BS in a technical field or 5+ years of leadership in industrial water.
• TWIC card must be obtainable.
• PM certification or Six Sigma preferred.
• Water-related operations experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 10–15 field service personnel within a region.
• Collaborate with CAPEX project managers for clear communication.
• Manage small projects including Mobile Water Systems and refurbishments.
• Review engineering drawings and P&IDs; understand instrument controls.
• Monitor contract performance using data analysis and reporting.
• Develop budgets and financial forecasts; manage risks and spend.
