Bruker Daltonics is seeking a highly motivated Regional Service Manager to lead field service operations across the Northeast Region of the United States. You will direct a team of Team Leads and Field Service Engineers to ensure high-quality service and exceptional customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate has proven leadership, strong business acumen, and the ability to make data-driven decisions in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement.
• Minimum 7 years of service management experience.
• Advanced technical knowledge of Bruker systems or similar products.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing regional team of Team Leads and Field Service Engineers.
• Drive regional service execution to align with customer demand and business objectives.
• Design regional coverage strategy to maximize resource utilization within CALID product portfolio.
• Oversee service operations and scheduling with PM Planner/Coordinator and National Ops Manager.
• Own escalation management with Technical Support and CAT to resolve complex issues quickly.
• Promote a customer-first service culture and drive continuous improvement.
