Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business.
• Minimum years of field service leadership experience in analytical instrumentation.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities across functions.
• Proven ability to analyze data, drive improvements, and manage budgets.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and reporting.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional team of Team Leads and Field Service Engineers.
• Drive regional service execution aligned with customer demand and KPIs.
• Design regional coverage strategy to maximize resource utilization.
• Oversee service operations and scheduling with planning and operations teams.
• Own escalation management with Technical Support and CAT.
• Promote a customer-first service culture and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Sales to drive revenue growth and contract penetration.
• Coordinate service cases in Salesforce with accurate documentation.
