Bruker Daltonics is seeking a Regional Service Manager to lead field service operations across the Northeast Region of the United States. This role oversees a team of Team Leads and Field Service Engineers, ensuring high‑quality service and strong customer outcomes.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a track record of leadership, data‑driven decision making, and cross‑functional collaboration with Sales and Pharma/BioPharma teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Business.
• 7+ years in service management for high-performance analytical instrumentation.
• Advanced technical expertise on Bruker systems or similar products.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
• Proficient in Salesforce CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop regional team of Team Leads and Field Service Engineers.
• Plan and prioritize field activities to meet service commitments.
• Design regional coverage strategy for CALID product portfolio.
• Manage escalation with Technical Support and CAT to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with regional Sales to identify growth opportunities.
