Job summary

Stiles-Machinery-Inc is seeking a Regional Service Manager to oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment at customer sites within the assigned region. You will lead a team of service technicians, ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction, and align operations with strategic objectives.

The role requires blend of technical knowledge, leadership, and financial acumen to drive profitability and loyalty across our North American customer base.

Qualifications

• Two years technical school or equivalent experience required, bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous leadership experience in a service environment.
• Previous field service work in technical area desired.
• Valid driver's license?
• SAP Experience strongly preferred
• Salesforce experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop service technicians, supervisors, and staff to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong relationships with regional customers as service contact for needs and escalations.
• Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and execution of service activities per standards.
• Develop regional service strategy and budget to support growth objectives.
• Monitor regional service P&L and identify areas for improvement.
• Approve service invoices and support AR collections.
• Collaborate with regional sales, national service, and other departments.
• Provide leadership updates on team performance and customer feedback.
