Job summary

ITW's Buehler division seeks a Field Service Technician to cover the Northeastern territory. You will work remotely as the technical expert for servo-hydraulic and electro-mechanical systems, delivering maintenance, diagnostics, testing, and quotes while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

You will travel across the region up to 70%, support service growth, and uphold safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering or 3–5 years field experience, or HS diploma with 5–7 years in electronic instrumentation maintenance.
• Demonstrated safety adherence and ability to interpret mechanical drawings and schematics.
• Flexibility to travel up to 70% across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support via telephone/ticketing system.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance and diagnostics of systems.
• Prepare formal service quotes for customers.
• Conduct testing and calibrations after repairs.
• Manage service cases to meet KPIs and ITW guidelines.
• Coordinate travel schedules and expenses.
