Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications or related discipline is required.
• 2+ years outside B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to build and manage collaborative customer relationships.
• Experience with CRM systems like salesforce.com as part of daily work and standard responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Execute defined processes for communication with customer and sales partners via phone and email to initiate relationships and schedule trainings and appointments.
• Travel to locations to conduct on-site visits and customer presentations; act as the voice of Hydro to customers.
• Document communications in Salesforce before and after every interaction and provide insights from data analyses.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts to exceed budgets, deadlines, and sales quotas through account planning and cross-selling.
