Job summary

Courser, a growth-oriented IT services partner, seeks a Field & Partner Marketing Lead to own regional demand plans and drive pipeline with localized programs. You will partner with regional sales leaders, execute multi-channel campaigns, and adapt Center of Excellence playbooks to your market.

This senior, individual-contributor role has a clear pathway to management as the field function scales. You’ll manage 2–3 high-impact activations quarterly, craft targeted account lists, and align MDF

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 4–6 years in B2B demand generation, field marketing, or partner marketing for SMBs, with a track record of driving pipeline
• Working proficiency with HubSpot, landing pages, email workflows, list segmentation, and campaign reporting
• Strong written English; adept at tailoring outreach copy for a US business audience
• Excellent project management, able to run 5–10 concurrent activities without slippage
• Comfortable in a remote, distributed team with minimal supervision, and willing to travel regionally for activations
• Preferred
• B2B IT services, MSP, or technology-services demand-gen experience
• Familiarity with US small and mid-market business culture (20–200 employees)
• LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar prospecting tools
• Direct-mail platforms (Sendoso, Reachdesk, PostalDirect)
• Sales-marketing alignment workflows, lead handoffs, MQL/SQL definitions, and attribution
• Vertical outreach into regulated industries (healthcare, legal, financial services)
