Job summary

T-ROC is seeking a Regional Manager to lead and optimize performance across assigned regions for Verizon. You will coordinate with Sr. Territory Field Leads, ensure regional headcount, discipline, and compliance, and drive sales execution across multiple stores.

Responsibilities

Execute Regular Regional Pulse Checks with Sr. Territory Field Leads to align regional goals.
Monitor regional visit velocity with a minimum of 8-10 store visits per week.
Drive merchandising compliance and ensure timely updates after launches or refreshes.
Audit fleet and asset standards; ensure hardware is returned on termination when applicable.
Develop relationships with brand agents to address performance barriers and sales operations.
