Job summary

T-ROC is seeking a Regional Manager to lead the Verizon region, coordinating Sr. Territory Field Leads and Territory Field Leads to ensure headcount, discipline, and high performance.

You will oversee a regional team, drive adherence to brand standards, and align locally with corporate goals. You must be able to travel extensively within the geographic footprint, conduct high-level meetings, manage external partner relationships, and present sales insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in field sales operations, territory management, or channel enablement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate regional field team performance and ensure headcount and discipline to meet standards.
• Monitor regional visits and ensure a minimum of 8–10 store visits per week.
• Drive brand standards and timely merchandising updates after launches or refreshes.
• Audit gear, vehicle hygiene, and ensure hardware returns within 48 hours of termination.
• Develop relations with brand agents to improve sales operations across region stores.
