Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Sr. Field Operations Manager to oversee multiple branches and drive operational excellence across routing, staffing, and fleet management.

You will ensure accurate paperwork, monitor service levels, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to sustain high customer care and regional performance. The role requires leadership of operations staff, budget awareness, DOT compliance, and willingness to travel regionally (25-35%).

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum 2 Year / associate’s degree from two-year college or technical school or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience: 5 of related experience and/or training.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight of managers, supervisors, dispatchers/routers, service technicians, drivers, yard personnel, and shop.
• Review paperwork including manifests and routing tickets for accuracy.
• Monitor service levels and deliveries; recommend improvements for efficiency and customer care.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure region-wide communication.
• Mentor and lead operations managers; develop standard practices and efficiency.
• Travel 25-35% between sites and regions as needed.
