Job summary

Network Connex, a leader in hyperscale data center solutions, invites you to join as Regional Field Operations Manager to oversee field execution across the region and ensure quality work. You will own regional field capacity planning, assign Superintendents and Foremen, validate mobilization readiness, monitor productivity, and enforce installation standards on every project.

This role requires 50–75% travel, is field‑facing, and reports to the Regional Program Manager with a focus on safety,

Qualifications

• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in construction, electrical, or low‑voltage cabling with field leadership roles.
• Experience managing field crews and Superintendents across multiple projects is required.
• Knowledge of safety protocols (OSHA) and data center/site safety requirements.
• Experience with hyperscale or colocation data center environments is preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel for reporting and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

• Own regional field capacity planning across active and upcoming projects.
• Allocate Superintendents and Foremen based on priority, schedule, and site complexity.
• Validate mobilization readiness and ensure labor, leadership, tools, and access are in place.
• Monitor production rates and field efficiency; drive corrective actions as needed.
• Enforce installation standards and quality across regional field crews.
