Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college education preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong time management and prioritization abilities.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and reviews.
• 5+ years' experience managing technical field operations personnel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee admin/operations including installation, service, field project management and inspections within region.
• Recruit, hire and train installation and service personnel.
• Ensure project profitability and review costs within region.
• Promote a positive and team oriented culture; mentor direct reports.
• Coordinate with PMO for seamless national account installations and projects.
