Job summary

Interface Systems in the United States is seeking a Director of Regional Operations to oversee all Field Operations within the assigned region, including installation, service, and project management. The role supports a hybrid schedule and requires strong leadership across admin/operations.

The candidate will drive customer satisfaction, maintain profitability of projects, mentor staff, and coordinate with PMO and dispatch teams. Based in the Western region or major hubs, travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; College education preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office Suite (MS Office).
• Understanding of profit/loss financial statements and how team performance affects them.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence and employee performance reviews.
• Ability to work with IT, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Sales and Marketing to meet business needs.
• Strategic planning to plan for the future and avoid risk.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Schedule flexibility and willingness to travel overnight if required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Field Operations within assigned region, including installation, service, and project management.
• Support sales with site surveys and system proposals.
• Ensure installation and service quality standards are met and project profitability is maintained.
• Recruit, hire, and train installation and service personnel.
• Oversee day-to-day activities of installation and service personnel.
• Coordinate with PMO for national account installations and projects.
• Work with Service Dispatch on service-related dispatching to ensure prompt service.
• Maintain customer satisfaction with regular contact to top regional customers.
• Ensure branch and technician vehicle inventory is secured and managed.
