Job summary

Dashiell Corporation in the United States is seeking a Regional Field Service Manager to lead field testing, commissioning, and maintenance across a defined region. You will oversee crews, project execution, and client relationships while aligning operations with corporate priorities.

You will own regional revenue, profitability, and utilization targets, drive talent development, and ensure compliance with NEC, NESC, IEEE, ANSI, and safety programs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HV field service experience across testing, commissioning and maintenance.
• Proven ability to lead multi-project regional operations and teams.
• Strong client relationship and business development capabilities.
• Solid knowledge of NEC, NESC, IEEE, and ANSI standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct field operations within the region, including scheduling and crew deployment.
• Own regional revenue, profitability, and utilization targets.
• Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety.
• Coordinate with VP of Field Services to align regional activities.
• Ensure safety and QA/QC across regional testing and commissioning.
