Job summary

Dashiell is seeking a Regional Field Service Manager to lead field testing, commissioning, and maintenance across a geographic region. You will manage crews, coordinate projects, and drive safety, quality, and customer satisfaction in high‑voltage substation services.

You will report to the VP of Field Services, own regional performance metrics, and partner with corporate to grow revenue and develop talent across multiple concurrent engagements.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor in Electrical Engineering or related field, or equivalent field experience.
• 10 years of high‑voltage field services experience including testing, commissioning, and maintenance of substation equipment.
• Experience managing regional or multi‑project field operations with financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Direct all field service operations within the assigned region, including project scheduling and crew deployment.
• Own regional revenue, profitability, and utilization targets; develop and execute plans to meet goals.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, NESC, IEEE, ANSI, and internal safety programs across region.
• Manage Field Supervisors and crews; drive recruitment, onboarding, and development.
• Prepare regional performance reports and contribute to budgeting and strategic planning.
