Job summary

Mira Home is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple branches within a division, owning service quality and the bottom line. You will develop Operations Managers and Field Managers who report to you, and partner with executives to drive safety and compliance across locations.

The role requires hands-on field verification, standardization of SOPs, and regular audits to protect brand integrity, safety, and service levels. This is a full-time role with remote work and travel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in multi-site field service or route operations.
• Experience leading salaried managers across multiple locations.
• Proven turnaround results at underperforming locations.
• Budget and margin responsibility at location or division level.
• Proficiency with FieldRoutes, Geotab, and Domo.
• Ability to travel.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Willingness to pass background check and drug screening.
• Pest control experience and applicator license.

Responsibilities

• Branch Performance: identify underperforming branches and implement turnaround plans within 30 days.
• Standards and Consistency: enforce SOPs and service quality; audit compliance.
• Leadership Development: hold weekly meetings; maintain documented successors for key roles.
• Field Presence: visit branches routinely; participate in ride-alongs and quality checks.
• Safety and Compliance: maintain licenses, certifications, and vehicle compliance; address findings promptly.
• Performance Accountability: own division-level results for customer retention, safety, and retention of managers.
