Job summary

Event Network, LLC is seeking a Regional Director, Field Operations to provide leadership and oversight for a designated region, including store performance, financial results, and leader development. The role requires travel, field presence, and strong cross-functional collaboration to execute company priorities.

You will drive regional plans, ensure consistent store execution, and manage KPIs across sales, labor, and inventory while maintaining safety and guest service standards.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of progressive multi-unit leadership experience.
• Experience leading and developing leaders across multiple locations.
• Experience managing financial and operational performance, including sales, labor, expenses, inventory, and profitability.
• Strong business judgment, analytical skills, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
• Proven track record leading change and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Store Leaders across multiple locations with performance and succession planning.
• Translate priorities into regional plans and ensure consistent store execution.
• Maintain regular in-person field presence to coach leaders and reinforce standards.
• Own regional performance against sales, EBITDA, payroll, labor productivity, and expenses.
• Analyze trends and store results to improve profitability and operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, cash handling, inventory, and guest service standards.
• Oversee readiness for openings, remodels, closures, and seasonal peaks.
• Collaborate with People Services on recruiting, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Coordinate with Platform Leaders and cross-functional teams (Merchandising, Finance, IT).
• Build relationships with partners and local stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
• Lead organizational and operational change and adapt to new ways of working.
• Ensure food-and-beverage ops, where applicable, meet safety and regulatory requirements.
