Job summary

Mira Home is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple branches in our pest control division. You will own service quality, drive branch performance, and mentor Operations Managers and Field Managers reporting to you.

This role requires hands-on field verification, safety compliance, and accountability for customer retention and route completion across the division. Travel required to support branches and ensure consistent execution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in multi-site field service or route-based operations.
• Experience leading salaried managers across more than one location, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Demonstrated experience turning around an underperforming location, with specific results.
• Budget and margin responsibility at the location or division level.
• Proficiency with operational software and reporting (we use FieldRoutes, Geotab, and Domo).

Responsibilities

• Branch Performance: Identify underperforming branches early and implement documented turnaround plans within 30 days.
• Standards and Consistency: Ensure all branches operate under the same SOPs and service quality standards.
• Leadership Development: Conduct structured weekly meetings with each Operations Manager; maintain a documented successor.
• Field Presence: Visit branches regularly, participate in ride-alongs and quality checks.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure current licenses, certifications, and vehicle compliance; investigate audit findings and incidents.
• Performance Accountability: Own division-level results for retention, callbacks, route completion, safety incidents, and manager retention.
