Job summary

Mira Home, a customer-focused pest control company, seeks a Regional Manager to oversee multiple branches within an assigned division, driving service quality, safety, and financial results.

You will travel to branches, develop Operations Managers and Field Managers, uphold SOPs, and ensure consistent performance while reporting to the VP of Operations.

Strong leadership and accountability are essential as you implement turnaround plans and lead by example.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in multi-site field service or route-based operations.
• Experience leading salaried managers across more than one location, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.
• Demonstrated experience turning around an underperforming location, with specific results.
• Budget and margin responsibility at the location or division level.
• Proficiency with operational software and reporting (FieldRoutes, Geotab, Domo).

Responsibilities

• Branch Performance: Identify underperforming branches early and implement documented turnaround plans within 30 days.
• Standards and Consistency: Ensure all branches operate under the same SOPs and service quality standards.
• Leadership Development: Conduct structured weekly meetings with each Operations Manager and maintain succession plans.
• Field Presence: Visit branches regularly, participate in ride-alongs and quality checks.
• Safety and Compliance: Ensure licenses, certifications, and vehicle compliance; address audit findings and incidents.
• Performance Accountability: Own division-level results for customer retention, callback rate, route completion, and safety incidents.
