Job summary

Examinetics is seeking a Regional Manager for Construction Field Operations to lead our field teams, nurture client relations, and drive safe, efficient projects across multiple markets. The role focuses on people, client, and operations leadership within the construction safety industry.

You will work closely with the Director of On-Site Safety Operations, travel extensively, and mentor field staff while ensuring service quality and client satisfaction across projects.

Qualifications

• Requires strong construction background with leadership experience.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, employees, and client relationships.
• Comfortable communicating with field employees, supervision, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong relationships with field employees across projects.
• Maintain communication with employees and support new hires.
• Coach employees on performance, reliability, and client expectations.
• Address employee concerns and document issues.
• Set clear expectations and document significant issues.
• Balance employee, client, and company interests while maintaining accountability.
• Build relationships with onsite client leadership and seek feedback.
• Identify opportunities from client relationships and communicate to leadership.
• Participate in candidate interviews and hiring processes.
• Coordinate onboarding requirements and communicate project details.
