Job summary

Forged Fiber is seeking a Supervisor Region Operations to manage technicians within service areas and deliver high-quality residential and business communications services. You will lead a capable, customer-focused team, ensuring service excellence and profitability while adhering to policies.

The role requires strong leadership, technical knowledge of telecom networks, and the ability to navigate union-related processes. You will drive training, performance, and safety across the unit.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a telecom technical environment.
• Proven ability to train, coach and mentor in a union setting.
• Proficiency with Excel, email, Word, and legacy systems.
• Understanding of residential/business services and local network processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of outside and inside plant network services and technicians.
• Serve as liaison between Forged Fiber and contractors to resolve issues.
• Lead training and development to ensure compliance with new processes and quality standards.
• Manage attendance and performance targets for the tech team.
• Represent Forged Fiber with customers and governmental agencies.
• Coordinate with union leadership to maintain a productive working relationship.
• Foster continuous improvement and maximize team performance.
