Job summary

Wire 3 LLC in the United States seeks a Regional Field Service Team Lead to guide a team of Fiber Field Technicians in delivering high-quality fiber installations, service repairs, and stellar customer experiences across a designated region.

This role blends hands-on leadership with safety accountability, operational oversight, and a focus on SLA performance. You will collaborate with Dispatch, Network Operations, and Customer Service to drive excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; further degree preferred.
• 5+ years telecom field experience, fiber optics preferred.
• 1–3+ years in field leadership or senior technician role.
• Fiber certification (ETA, FOA, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate Fiber Field Technicians to meet safety and quality goals.
• Oversee daily field operations for fiber installations and repairs.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs and first-time fix targets.
• Coordinate with dispatch for routing and workload planning.
• Maintain accurate field documentation and equipment readiness.
• Support outage response and safety program compliance.
