RTC Communications seeks a Field Supervisor to oversee the daily field activities of Installation and Repair technicians in Southern Indiana, leading by example in customer installations, repairs, troubleshooting, and maintenance. The role requires hands-on leadership and strong fiber- optic, FTTP knowledge.
You will coordinate field work with construction priorities, mentor technicians, and ensure safety while delivering high-quality service to customers. Travel to customer premises is expected.
Qualifications
- Progressive experience in broadband installation and repair.
- Hands-on fiber-optic construction or maintenance knowledge.
- Experience coordinating field work and guiding coworkers.
- Degree preferred; related experience considered.
Responsabilités
- Coordinate daily I&R workload and adjust field coverage.
- Provide hands-on leadership with installations, repairs, and troubleshooting.
- Coordinate fiber construction work with technicians and construction priorities.
- Explain work clearly and protect customer property.
- Coach technicians and uphold safety and quality standards.
