Job summary

Wire 3 is seeking a Regional Field Service Team Lead to guide our Fiber Field Technicians in delivering high-quality installations, repairs, and customer experiences. You will blend hands-on technical leadership with operational oversight, ensuring safety and SLA targets are met across an assigned region.

This role requires 5+ years in telecom field work and 1–3+ years in leadership, with fiber certifications preferred. Competitive compensation, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in telecommunications field operations.
• 1–3+ years in field leadership or senior technician roles.
• Fiber certification preferred (ETA/FOA or equivalent).
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate Fiber Field Technicians to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals.
• Hire, onboard, train, and retain a high-performing field service team.
• Conduct ride-alongs, field audits, performance reviews, and one-on-ones.
• Provide hands-on coaching in fiber installation, troubleshooting, and customer interaction.
• Oversee daily field operations for residential and commercial fiber installations and repairs.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, first-time fix rates, and installation quality standards.
• Partner with dispatch to optimize technician routing and workload distribution.
