Job summary

Axon is seeking a Deployment Engineer to drive customer success and technical adoption of our products across public safety. You will serve as the technical expert, coordinate with customers, Axon teams and partners, manage tickets, and support deployments and integrations.

This remote role requires up to 40% travel, strong networking and SaaS know-how, and fluent Dutch and English communication. You’ll work to ensure successful adoption, install and commission systems, and foster lasting

• Fluent Dutch and English communication skills, written and verbal.

• Solid technical foundation across networking, SaaS, Windows, and identity management.

Responsibilities

• Become the dedicated technical expert across Axon deployments.
• Serve as liaison between Axon, the customer, and delivery partners.
• Follow up on all customer requests and support tickets.
• Collaborate with sales to support existing customers.
• Manage tickets, RMAs, and end-to-end adoption lifecycle.
• Travel up to 40% nationally and internationally.
