Axon is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to drive customer success and technical adoption of Axon products across the Public Safety region. You will act as the technical expert, liaising with customers and delivery partners to ensure successful deployments and adoption.

Primary duties include managing tickets, coordinating with sales, and enabling integrations while maintaining a strong focus on loyalty.

Qualificações

• Fluent Dutch and English written and verbal communication is essential.
• Strong technical foundation across networking, SaaS, identity management, and enterprise software administration.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% nationally and internationally.
• Ability to collaborate with customers and partners at all organizational levels.

Responsabilidades

• Become the dedicated technical expert across the Axon ecosystem and product deployments.
• Serve as a liaison between Axon, customers, and delivery partners.
• Follow up on all customer requests promptly.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support existing customers.
• Manage tickets, RMAs, and lifecycle of adoption with internal teams.
• Travel may be required, up to 40%, across country and abroad.
• Coordinate and schedule regular calls with customers.
• Focus on customer loyalty and proactive business insights for Axon products.
• Facilitate integration with existing customer platforms and systems.
• Oversee installation and commissioning activities.
